At God’s Gift International, our mission begins with a simple belief: young people have the power to change the world when they are given the opportunity to lead, serve, and put their faith and compassion into action.
God’s Gift International brings together our Global Youth Ministry Network and Global Children’s Foundation to create a worldwide movement dedicated to helping vulnerable children while developing the next generation of compassionate leaders. Through our Youth Ambassador Program, young people can represent the mission in their schools, churches, organizations, and communities; build friendships across cultures; participate in service and leadership opportunities; and help grow our 1 Million Hearts Movement around the world.
Through the 1 Million Hearts Movement, our goal is to unite one million people willing to contribute just $3.33 per month, creating a powerful global community capable of providing meaningful and sustainable support for children affected by human trafficking, war and displacement, hunger, homelessness, abuse, neglect, inadequate healthcare, and barriers to education.

Our Mission
Youth Ministry: We empower young people worldwide to grow in faith, leadership, and service through our Youth Ambassador Program. By connecting youth across cultures, developing leadership skills, encouraging service, and supporting the 1 Million Hearts Movement, we inspire the next generation to become compassionate leaders and advocates for children in need.
Children’s Foundation: Our Global Children’s Foundation is committed to protecting and supporting vulnerable children affected by human trafficking, war, hunger, homelessness, abuse and neglect, inadequate healthcare, and lack of educational opportunities. Through our Strategic Partners and the 1 Million Hearts Movement, we help provide the resources, care, and opportunities children need to build safer, healthier, and more hopeful futures.

Meet Our Founder — Brian Dalton
Brian Dalton is the Founder and Director of God’s Gift International Youth Ministry & Children’s Foundation, Inc., an organization created from a deeply rooted desire to serve, protect, and empower children and young people around the world.
Brian brings more than 25 years of experience in business ownership, sales leadership, management, training, mentoring, and organizational development. Throughout his career, he has built and led successful teams, developed organizations from the ground up, and discovered that some of his most meaningful accomplishments have come not from business success, but from helping others realize their potential.
Before his business career, Brian played professional baseball in the Milwaukee Brewers and Detroit Tigers organizations. That experience taught him invaluable lessons about discipline, perseverance, teamwork, leadership, and overcoming adversity—lessons that would later shape his work mentoring young people.
His commitment to youth development became especially evident through Future Top Prospects, a nonprofit program Brian helped build to develop middle school, high school, and college-aged athletes both on and off the field.
The program experienced remarkable growth, skyrocketing from just one student-athlete to over 125 in a few short years. During a five-year span, he played a crucial role in helping 35 young men secure scholarships to continue their baseball careers at the collegiate level. Even more significantly, he supported their educational pursuits, with over 90% earning their college degrees. Among these dedicated athletes, four went on to achieve their dreams in professional baseball.
Today, Brian has dedicated that same passion for leadership, mentorship, and service to a much greater mission through God’s Gift International—bringing people, organizations, and communities together to help children affected by human trafficking, war, hunger, poverty and homelessness, inadequate healthcare, abuse, and neglect.
His vision is not simply to provide temporary assistance, but to help create lasting change by giving children safety, education, nourishment, opportunity, hope & love, and the support they need to build a better future.
For Brian, God’s Gift is more than an organization. It is a calling—and a commitment to ensuring that children around the world know that they are seen, they are valued, and their lives matter.
